An Atlanta native, Adam Parker has been exposed to some of the city’s most diverse neighborhoods, and has been fascinated with the Atlanta real estate market for as long as he can remember. He has had a front row seat to the market’s evolution, and is keenly aware of how to best leverage his insider knowledge. At Engel & Völkers Atlanta, Adam is known for working diligently to provide his clients with the highest level of customer service and individualized attention, utilizing an array of leading marketing tools and cutting-edge technology to maximize results. Adam is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, REO-certified, and received his EcoBroker certification in 2008, a designation held by only 1% of agents nationwide. In 2016, he was honored with the Phoenix Award by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association for outstanding achievement as a Top Producer. He is also in the top 5% of Atlanta REALTORS®. Adam is well-versed in corporate relocation, and is able to seamlessly guide clients through the transition process. He has worked in-house with Suntrust, Cox, Invesco, and several other industry leaders in metro Atlanta.
Adam is a graduate of Auburn University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management and currently resides in the Atlanta area.

FAVORITE NEIGHBORHOOD
The vibrance and diversity of the people and architecture of midtown are like nowhere else I have ever been. I love the old historic homes, all the old trees, and the super convenient location. The proximity to Piedmont Park and the beltline make it my favorite neighborhood.
PROUDEST MOMENT
I sold the highest priced home on record in midtown history of single family home sales at $1,880,000 in just three days in 2019.
PERFECT DAY
My perfect day starts about 7:30am with a walk in Piedmont Park with my dog, Daisy. I try to get a morning workout in as well, since afternoons can easily get hectic. Before lunch I jump on my laptop and answer emails. I try to have lunch with clients when possible, and afternoons are usually spent in the office or showing property. If I can, I have dinner with friends or my family that lives close by.
INSPIRATION
I'm inspired to work hard because I love to travel and spend time with friends and family! I also want to build a cabin in the woods on my family's farm in north Georgia in the next two years.
